Membership Requirements

Nagaizumi is very selective about recruitment. We have an outline of classes that we would like, to achieve our aim of a small roster of close-knit people, capable of joining guild events such as GQ, Papu Clocking, and Zakum. If the requirements of training change as the game progresses, our recruitment priorities will change to reflect this. Basic outline of the types of people we are looking for:-

Mature players ~ not whining, emo-ing and annoying people.
If you can't handle a bit of friendly jokes or are hot-tempered, then this definitely isn't the place for you.
Respectful players ~ we have no place for showboaters (hao lian) or those constantly putting others down (likes to suan).
There are no restrictions on light swearing, within reason.
You absolutely MUST be able to handle being ignored by guildmates at some point in time.
Please expect spamming from guild members once in a while.
No ks-ers, raiders, looters, scammers nor hackers are welcomed.
We expect our members not to bring the guild name into disrepute in any way.

New Recruits
There is a 1 week trial period for all new recruits. This trial period gives the guild a chance to get to know you and vice versa to ensure compatibility and harmonious co-existence. During this trial period, you are free to leave guild without notice. It is a requirement if you wish to join the guild, that you have at least the ability to participate actively in guild chat. Leveling is the least important in our guild.

Required Playtimes
Our online times are not "hardcore", our expectation is that people joining the guild should be able to commit at least an hour of activity daily. Most of us are nocturnal; the rest attend classes in the mornings and afternoons. Members who are having exams, or attending NS, or are on vacation are not required to commit any online times and shan't be expelled.

Other Requirements
Must not be on the guild's blacklist (we keep a blacklist of IGNs reported of ksing, raiding, scamming, or showing abusive behavior)

Common Rules
Scamming, hacking, threatening, insulting, harrassing, initiation of ks-ing and map-raiding will result in immediate termination of membership in order to maintain the guild's healthy and friendly reputation. Members are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to use any of each others' IGNs for threatening other players or to declare ks wars - we do not want inter-guild conflicts to happen.

When you reach a map, please take a bit of time to walk through the whole map WITHOUT HITTING MOBS and make sure it is empty, or be courteous and ask to share or party. If you are training at a map, and someone comes in and hit the mobs - please practice peaceful and polite policy. If the other person is being unreasonable, do not retaliate - instead please consult senior members of the guild, and we will try and sort it out for you.

Please refrain from calling anyone a NOOB - we were all once NOOBS too!!. And don't criticise another player about his/her job, level, guild, damage, equips, weapons, looks, and so on and so forth.

Promotion of rank is done randomly by the guildmaster. Junior Mastership (JR) is not based on level, but rather based on loyalty, and active participation in guild events and forums, and most importantly - trust.

Treat all fellow guildies with respect. We are all human beings.

Rules on Multiple Users (Shared Accounts)
Make sure your 2nd, 3rd, 4th and so forth users are aware of all our guild rules and regulations. It doesn't matter who was playing - the character will be penalized for any infraction of rules irregardless.

Rules on Recruiting Expelled Members
Members who are expelled due to non-conformity with the guild rules (e.g. continue defying rules even after being repeatedly warned) who wishes to come back to guild, will be given a chance, and will be put on a 2 WEEK TRIAL - within these 2 weeks, if the same mistake is repeated, or another rule is broken - this member will be expelled for the last time, and put on a guild-blacklist.
